Date: Thursday, 30 October 2025 - Sunday, 02 November 2025

Peru Mucho Gusto, Peru’s largest gastronomic fair, is back in Lima at the end of October 2025 bringing together the diverse flavors, aromas, colors, and traditions of the entire country in one extraordinary food festival. A celebration of Peruvian food, diversity, history, culture and identity you can't miss.

With its different food zones, typical Peruvian dances, live music, masterclasses, cultural shows, entertainment for young and old, as well as crafts, regional products and travel offers, this year’s Peru Mucho Gusto Lima already now feels like a small revival of the great Mistura food festival that once invited the world to Peru and united Peruvians with pride and joy. Expect four days of culinary discovery, cultural immersion, and pure celebration of everything that makes Peruvian food one of the best in the world.

Organized by PROMPERU, the Peruvian Commission for the Promotion of Exports and Tourism, Peru Mucho Gusto Lima 2025 is much more than a simple food fair. Highlighting the diversity of Peruvian cuisine, its traditional techniques, unique ingredients, and regional traditions, the event celebrates the chefs, farmers, and artisans who keep ancestral knowledge alive while pushing culinary boundaries.

Under the motto “Flavors with History”, the 2025 Lima edition brings together the best of the coast, highlands, and jungle, all in one spot. Walking through the fair will feel like taking a delicious trip across Peru: from ceviche fresh out of the Pacific to smoky pachamancas from the Andes and juicy juanes from the Amazon. Just like Mistura once did, the Peru Mucho Gusto gastronomic festival turns a food fair into a national celebration of identity, pride, and passion for food and traditions. .

The 2025 edition also carries a strong sustainability message: expect biodegradable utensils, recycling stations, and environmental awareness campaigns; a commitment reaffirmed by PROMPERU as part of its mission to blend economic growth with ecological and social responsibility.
