Sisi and her first Ballet

Date: Saturday, 27 June 2020 - Sunday, 28 June 2020

After last year’s huge success, the Musical Adventures of Sisi and Lala return to the Gran Teatro Nacional in 2020. At the end of June Sisi and her first Ballet is on the program.

The 8-year old funny and charming Sisi (Patricia Barreto) arrives at her first ballet class with her dad, who is a recognized dancer. As she has seen her father dance many times, Sisi is excited to finally learn it herself. However, she soon realizes how difficult the steps are and when her teacher tells her to try harder, she feels discouraged. Then Sisi meets Piotr Ilich Tchaikovsky, the famous Russian composer of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, who teaches her that the key to succeeding is practice and having fun doing it.

A lovely adventure for kids from the age of 8 and the whole family.

And don’t miss Sisi and her first Circus in March and August, Sisi and her first Opera in April and October, and Sisi and her first Concert in May and November.
