Date: Tuesday, 04 December 2018 20:00Sarah Brightman, famous English classical crossover soprano, singer, songwriter, actress and dancer, makes a stop in Lima during her sixth worldwide concert tour “Hymn: Sarah Brightman In Concert”.
The receiver of over 180 gold and platinum record awards, numerous Grammy, Echo and other music awards, will perform in the Peruvian capital to promote her upcoming twelfth studio album “Hymn” which will be released on November 9, 2018.
During an interview Brightman explained that the sound of her new album has similarities with her first solo materials, Timeless (1997) and Eden (1998), thus indicating a classical and operatic approach. On that same interview Brightman told that the concept of the album centered around achieving a sense of security and optimism in middle of a dystopian world.
