Red Cervecera Perú in Barranco, Lima starts 2020 with a new edition of their Craft Beer Workshop for those interested to learn in theory and practice how to make a good home brew.
The 2.5-day workshop covers theoretical and hands on experience with the beer making process including brewing basics, different craft beers and tasting, creation of a recipe, 150l beer installation, water, yeast, fermentation, gasification and correct cleaning.
