The Legislative Decree of Migration regulates the entry and exit of Peruvian territory of nationals and foreigners, the permanence and residence of foreigners in the country and the migratory administrative procedures.
This Legislative Decree was published in 2017, replacing the previous Foreigner Law. In 2021 parts of the Legislative Decree were modified with the Supreme Decree No. 002-2021-IN.
