The Correo was founded in 1962 and is very popular in Peru. They publish a Lima edition and regional editions for the provinces.
Although the publisher print many yellow press papers like Ajá, Ojo y El Bocón, the Correo is a respected daily covering news on politics, economy, sports and entertainment.
