Sunflower Updated The Cultural Center Ricardo Palma is located inside the Municipality of Miraflores. Its main goal is to promote and spread the Peruvian culture among every citizen. The cultural center offers various cultural events throughout the week.
Worth mentioning are the impressive art exhibitions, the literature readings and concerts.
