Ironruna Half Triathlon in Mollendo, Arequipa 2019

The Ironruna Half Triathlon 2019, organized by the Ironruna Sports Association in coordination with the municipality of Mejía, Arequipa, takes place in the small town of Mollendo in southern Peru in August 2019.

Participants first have to swim 1.9 km (1.2 miles) in the waters of the Pacific Ocean (time limit 1 hour 10 minutes).

Then they take on the 90 km (56 miles) course on their bikes (time limit 4 hours 20 minutes)

The running course consists of a 21km (13 miles) along the coast (time limit 3 hours).
