The regulation of technical inspections for safety in buildings, aims to regulate the technical and administrative aspects referred to the Technical Inspection of Safety in Buildings (ITSE), the Evaluation of Safety Conditions in Sports and Non-Sports Public Shows (ECSE) and the Building Safety Inspection Visit (VISE), as well as the renewal of the ITSE Certificate.
