The purpose of this Law is to establish the legal framework of the provisions applicable to the procedure for granting the operating license issued by the municipalities.
The operating license is the authorization granted by the municipality for the development of economic activities (commercial, industrial or the provision of professional services) in its jurisdiction, either as a natural or legal person, collective entities, national or foreign.
