This law regulates the exercise of citizen participation and control rights under the Constitution. Citizens’ participation rights are: Constitutional reform initiative, initiative in the formation of laws, referendum, initiative in the formation of regional ordinances and municipal ordinances; and other participation mechanisms established in current legislation.
