Law that Regulates the Administrative Litigation Process. The contentious-administrative process is comprehensively regulated, specifying its principles, the actionable actions and the claims that may be raised in it.
Also regulated by this law are: competence, legitimacy to act, the cases of inadmissibility, the deadlines for filing the claim, exhaustion of administrative, procedural way, the presentation of evidence, the challenging of resources, precautionary measures, sentencing and execution.
