Compensation for time of service has the quality of social benefit of anticipation of the contingencies that originate the cessation of work and of promotion of the worker and his family.
Compensation for time of service is accrued from the first month after the start of the employment relationship; Once this requirement has been fulfilled, every fraction is computed by thirty-thirds.
Compensation for time of service is deposited semiannually in the institution chosen by the worker. Once the deposit has been made, the obligation by the employer is fulfilled and paid.
