Date: Friday, 13 December 2019 - Sunday, 22 December 2019

The “Ruraq Maki, hecho a mano” art & crafts fair, one of the most popular and largest (sales) exhibitions of original, handmade Peruvian handicrafts and craftsmanship in Lima, is back in the Peruvian capital in the weeks before Christmas.

The fair showcases handmade, indigenous and native handicrafts and artworks from 160 craftsmen from all over Peru.

Products on sale include typical, but traditional handicrafts and artwork including basketry, carved wooden and stone pieces, textiles, ceramics, silverware, paintings, decorations and many other beautiful items.

The Ruraq Maki, hecho a mano fair allows local folk artists and craftsmen to preserve and promote their cultural heritage and traditional art and bring their original, handmade works to a larger audience while at the same time generate some much-needed income.

And if you can’t make it to the fair, but still looking for original, handmade and indigenous Peruvian handicrafts and folk art or a lovely gift from Peru, Ruraq Maki has a lovely online shop.
