Banco de Crédito del Perú is the largest and oldest Peruvian bank (founded 1889 as Banco Italiano). It is traded in the New York Stock Exchange and the Lima Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Valores de Lima). The bank is controlled by the Romero family. Today the bank network has over 230 agencies and a well-established network of ATM's throughout the country.
