The District of San Luis

San Luis is a small district close to Lima’s city center. It’s mostly a middle class residential area, but home to a growing number of smaller companies. In San Luis you find the Villa Deportiva Nacional (VIDENA), a huge area which is dedicated to sports. It houses the Peruvian Institute of Sports, the head office of the Peruvian Olympic Committee and the Peruvian Federation of Soccer and a wide variety of facilities for a great number of different sports like athletics, cycling, volleyball, swimming, softball, baseball and football.
